About the sessions
These sessions can be done in person at Studio No4 in Cinderford, mobile within 5 miles or online.
During the consultation, we will look at what symptoms you are currently struggling with, if any, what goals you have in mind and what we can do to help you achieve these goals.
We will build sessions using cardiovascular exercise, strength exercises, pilates for core strength and yoga to aid mobility, plus some mindfulness and breathing techniques, all catered towards you and your individual situation.
Sessions are

Β£55 for 2 sessions per week
Β£75 for 3 sessions per week
