Individual Programes
EmpowerFit Hybrid Personal Training is designed around *you*. After a free 30-minute consultation, we create a personalised training program tailored to your goals, schedule, and any injuries or conditions. Your first 60-minute session—either in-person in Cinderford or online—guides you through every exercise, ensuring your program is effective and achievable. You’ll also have access to a library of exercise videos to keep you on track. Then you’ll benefit from monthly 60 minute personal training sessions, to keep you progressing, shake it up and make any adaptations or changes to your training program.
Accountability
Staying consistent is key, and I’ll help keep you on track. We will tailor your sessions to suit your schedule and after each workout, you’ll send feedback on how you felt, what worked, and what didn’t. If you use a fitness tracker or an app like Strava, you can share your progress with me for extra accountability. You’ll also track your nutrition with a weekly food and drink diary, each week you’ll share your diary with me, and we’ll make small, manageable changes to support your goals.
Motivation
You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone. With monthly personal training sessions to adjust and progress your plan, plus access to a private Facebook community, you’ll have the guidance and support you need. I’ll be sharing tips, challenges, and exercise ideas to keep you inspired and moving forward. EmpowerFit is all about helping you *love* how movement makes you feel!
