Gold membership Includes Unlimited Face to face classes, access to all live classes streamed via Zoom plus unlimited on demand class videos to enjoy at a time that suits you around your schedule. Choose from a range of Pilates, Yoga, 20 min LIIT, Legs bums and tums, Strength and Conditioning and more. These classes are unisex classes but are designed with Menopause in mind.
Some classes require basic equipment. You can find the links to websites I recommend where you can purchase the required equipment if needed. Alternatively you can find things around your home that you can substitute.
Pilates
These are traditional Pilates classes, focusing on posture, core strength, mobility and flexibility, using equipment to isolate and intensify the work of core muscles. Equipment is optional and can be substituted with things around the home.
This is a 60 minute class

Yoga
Relax and flow yoga, a class suitable for all, no previous experience or flexibility required. A gentle practice to stretch the body and strengthen the mind. Feel your way into your body to find space and comfort. A very mindful class great for your mental health and stress relief. Also an ideal way to improve flexibility and mobility.
This is a 90 minute class.

This class focuses on building full body strength and improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Helping to improve energy levels and overall well-being. Increases flexibility / mobility. A great workout for burning calories and feeling that burn. A fun & enjoyable class!
This is a 55 minute class.

Low intensity interval training is low-impact exercises performed in intervals followed by a recovery period. Low-impact exercise improves cardiovascular fitness while burning more fat than the more high intensity, high-impact exercise, as it keeps our heart rate in the fat burning zone. LIIT also places less strain on the body and on the joints and connective tissues so is suitable for those with any joint issues, injuries or osteoporosis.
High-intensity workouts can also place extra stress on the body, during the perimenopause and menopause hormones are changing hourly and symptoms can be aggravated by too much extra stress. LIIT keeps our cortisol levels from spiking and worsening symptoms, while still providing all the health benefits.

Using resistance equipment and weights to help Increase muscle strength and therefore increase metabolism. Strength workouts also help to increase bone density, improve cardiovascular health, Improve mood, decrease joint pain, and decrease menopause symptoms.
This is a 45 minute class

This class helps to reverse the effects of gravity. Can Improve grip strength helping with, weak or painful wrists. Can Help to relieve compression between the vertebra, Build upper body pulling strength to rebalance the upper body, build core strength, improve flexibility, build confidence and have fun!
